I pride myself in photographing a wide variety of subjects for a diverse range of clients in the hospitality industry, but the golden thread that connects them all, for me, is authenticity in every picture. It’s hugely important to me, which is why I shy away from staged or forced scenarios.

My aim is always to capture a genuine representation of my subject in fleeting, candid moments, be it the determined concentration of a head chef leading a kitchen, or the buzzing atmosphere of a venue on opening night.
